Lanou Cleaning Services was founded in 2023 by Angela and Dakota Lanou who have lived in New England all their life. Inspired by her father's successful family oriented cleaning company, Angela thought her and Dakota should start a business of their own. With Angela's hospital cleaning experience & some college education in business management and Dakota's experience in nursing home cleaning & computer work, they make the perfect duo.

Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?

We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. Please make sure to request an

eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

Do I need a Deep Clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a

professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.

Are there any services you don't offer?

While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, and insect or rodent problems.

Can you clean after special events?

Yes we can. Please call in advance to schedule a special cleaning, so we are prepared to fully accommodate you.

Before our cleaner leaves your home or business, they complete a cleaning checklist. This checklist tells you everything we cleaned.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

We offer you the choice of using your cleaning supplies or ours.

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept online payments. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to Lanou Cleaning Services
